I started writing.
Three hours later, I hit [delete].
Here’s what happened:
👉 I got too excited about a new project at work.
👉 I cut sleep to 5 hrs and started eating unhealthy.
👉 To make up for it, I got some coffee in the system.
Coming out of a couple of months of taking good care of myself, this was a big shock to my body. By the time I got to drafting this week's issue, it didn’t feel right. So after 3 hrs. putting something together, I hit [delete].
I didn’t want to send you something I didn’t want to read myself.
Here is where I had to get creative.

If you can't figure out what work you like or what's your passion, focus on what comes naturally to you, what you are good at, what's effortless to you, what work gives you energy vs what drains your energy, takes a lot of efforts and makes you tired.
